Can’t I leave a 0 star review? rude abrupt zero flexibility, zero customer service. Greeted by a grumpy old man. Builder sent us there to pick out some wood, we were asked “take our business elsewhere” … certainly will.

staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. i just started woodworking as a hobby, they were patient in listening what i want to make and recommended some pretty hardwood for me for my chopping board. 10/10 would go again

I used Mathews Timber when building a timber boat over a 5 year period. Most of the wood I used for the boat (apart from the plywood) was purchased from Mathews Timber.I found them excellent to deal with whether arranging delivery or personal pick up from their yard.I have no hesitation in recommending them.
