12th Tee BNB and Villas

We had a great stay at the 12th Tee again, we always keep coming back...great value & handy to shops and a nice walk to the waterfront. Lovely little patio for breakfast & our schnauzers love sitting out there also.

Great accommodation, clean and well appointed. Great access and location. Functional and ideal for our disabled daughter.

Two stays now and will again should we return to Bargara. Coffee, tea and fresh milk waiting for you and just across the road Is Woolworths if you want to buy the makings for dinner or take-away outlets if you don’t.Host Mel a fountain of local knowledge and happy to help with anything you want to know about the coast. Thank you Mel and 12th tee for another great stay.Our puppies ( princesses) thank you also for the comfort.

Roll-away bed is awful, family member ended up using the couch instead. Please note there is no breakfast at this 'bed and breakfast'.A good place to crash for a night in Bargara, walking distance to some restaurants and cafes.

We stayed here three night and are so happy with our acomodation.All separate bedroom, lounch-kitchenette and bathroom.Parking on the property.No noice and close to shops and restaurants.Good big bed with good linen and towels.Clean and tidy, lots of pots snd pans to use.There was not much to choose for breakfast but be thought for the price we paid we can not complain.Hope we could get back again one day to this nicely decorated little apartment, just perfect for our Bundaberg rum tour…..

The accommodation was great. Roomy and clean except the dirty fridge that had something spilled months ago at the back.Overall the accommodation was excellent. With very comfortable bed.Disliked · Following our arrival Sunday a group of half dozen interstate (NSW) Asian girls / women arrived at the Villas followed by a similar number of guys carting in continuous plastic containers of booze etc. They then went across to the shopping centre and returned with more booze.A wild drunken party started to be obvious at around 2100 with screaming and shouting in the hallway outside our room.This continued to 0430, then things started to get quieter.Monday night was quieter until 0300 when one of the Asian girls returned and had obviously forgot her entry code. She hammered on the door in the joint hallway screaming and shouting to let her in. At around 0400 was a rerun of 0300 by another girl.Suspect the Villas are being used to run interstate call girls and have reported to Crime-stoppers.

12th Tee is my go-to place to stay when I am working in Bargara. It has QCC - quiet, comfortable and clean. Shops within walking distance beaches close-by. A hole-in-one!!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve through to Boxing Day here in the West 2 room. The place is very well thought out and clearly pet friendly in design. From the welcoming paw prints in the entry way to the Genius! concrete floors, and food and water bowls in the main room, it's clear that a lot of thought has been put into making this place great for pet owners. A simple but effective half kitchen, with microwave, fridge, and sink allow you to store and heat leftovers. Good ventilation and around 5 minutes walk to the beach. Only thing I personally missed as a writer, was a desk, but it's a compact space.

We had the most incredible Christmas in the 4 bedroom Villa provided by the wonderful and accommodating Mel. We forgot to book our pup in at the last minute and she had absolutely no problems letting her stay with us for the holidays. This is a high quality, luxury stay for any family. We will all definitely be back again very soon. Thank you so much Mel!

Dog friendly! Able to stay there with our two large dogs. Beach just a short walk away. Shopping centre across the road with Woolies, Aldi, Domino's, Macca's and a Japanese restaurant.
