A busy place. Can usually get everything I need however today there were several items I needed which I couldn't get. Lots of bare shelves. Saw a team member frantically trying to fill the shelves. Some of the fresh produce wasn't up to scratch. The staff at the checkouts are usually quite friendly

We had coffee and something to eat for lunch. Then we went shopping for the next few days' supplies. Coles has everything at a reasonable cost.

new self checkouts are difficult to use and slower as conveyor belts on most are broken, they scan things multiple times as there is no sensor in the bagging area, you have to find a staff member to fix the items when it scans multiple times

I actually get so overwhelmed when I shop here. The lighting is so bright and it is set out weirdly. Although the new self serve checkouts are so cool
