Grandview Accommodation - The Elm Tree Apartments

Boutique hotel standard. Decor is amazing. Appliances are of high quality. Bedroom/bathrooms are ultra modern in the Hampton style. Excellent insulation against traffic noise and backs onto a walking track for an easy stroll. Only 10 minutes drive from Hahndorf.

The thing I noticed when we first stepped inside this apartment was the lovely, clean smell - perhaps wood polish, not sure. The place was immaculately clean but the real upside was the attention to detail - the large, soft bath towels, the christmas tree, the bottle of wine and biscuits, the *blankets* on the beds (instead of cheap, overly hot doonas which are a pet hate of mine).Communication by the owner is first class.So why only four stars - the location is little noisy, on a main road near a set of lights. Most cars are fine but those with loud exhausts can be a bit intrusive.Would we stay again - YES but we'd prefer to stay at another one of their properties in a quieter spot.

We hired all 4 Grandview Apartments for our immediate families on our wedding day. The apartments are very clean, well equiped, at a great location, and have a luxurious & romantic ambience.Andrew and Tania have been excellent with communicating with us. Check-in was a breeze and there is ample car-parking.Would definitely recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand View apartments. It's a beautiful place that offers all the comforts of home in a perfect setting. We appreciated the generous size of the rooms, the high quality of the furniture and the appliances. We enjoyed the outdoor space with its beautiful bush views. We'll definitely come again!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. A short drive is all it takes to reach Hahndorf and there’s a large Woolworths just across the road. Our family of 6 had more than enough room too in the spacious house. However, the toilets do not have shower heads and it was tough bathing the 4 year old with the overhead rain shower.

This place is beautiful! Looks and feels brand new. Decor was perfect and a great overall setup. Any bad comment would just be nit picking. My only suggestions would be maybe outdoor lounge/porch swing and some dimmers on the lights but in saying that, we did come during summer and I think it would be an amazing winter escape with the fireplace and fire pit in action. See nut picking :)

Accommodation is beautiful and extremely well appointed inside....maybe not so good for light sleepers being located at a very busy intersection of a main arterial road. Traffic dies down between 11-00pm and 5-00am.
