The best group of blokes in one shop!.We travel from tweed area to Burleigh because the guys there know their stuff. They are extremely helpful and are genuinely interested in what you are making. They gave advice, shared tips and even price matched a competitor, who we originally had a large order with but they failed to complete our 1 hour click and collect. Kind of grateful now as we found Trade tools at Burleigh heads.

I called in a hurry to get a nail gun and was 3 minutes away, from the phone call to me arriving they were waiting for me as I walked in. I was in and out in 2 minutes that's what I call service. I can definitely recommend these guys for whatever you need in tools at a great price. I have been using Trade Tools for many years for a good reason and will continue to, they have great prices and fantastic service with staff that know what they are talking about. Soooooo much better than Sydney tools. Do your self a drop in and see the the guys.

Great experience down at TradeTools Burleigh. In particular I’d like to shine a light on the impeccable service I received from Robbie, he was a huge help and a great salesman. Though he did ask me to come check out the bins outside which I thought was odd.

Another friendly experience yesterday whilst shopping in trade tools, normally I’m greeted by Rhys or Aidan who are always very helpful but yesterday it was Sam who was extremely patient while we tried to put a tool combo together. In the end I left stoked with my purchase and the service I received. Thanks trade tools, it’s nice to walk into a tool store and feel welcome.

I just started a small business and went to trade tools for my equipment. Sam gave me amazing advice and assistance and pointed me in the right direction. I ended up being able to purchase all my gear I needed to get up and running on the day due to Sam's help. Would highly recommend trade tools and ask for Sam if ya want some great customer service!

Dad and I went into this store to buy a welder. Staff member Aidan came across as knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and then gave us clear, useful. unbiased advice, in an un-hurried manner. We bought the Renegade 200 Amp Mig gas/gasless, and stick. It's made by Unimig.
