Simply I had 1 intake appointment ,nothing done and got 3 invoices.After last invoice , I cancelled service because they charged me $100 for calling and asking invoices to reception.First invoice was before agreement which they charged because talking to LAC. Reported them to NDIA and local MP.I feel bad for those cannot do self funding...PS.My OT said he did call support coordinator many times and didn't get any respond.At least do something other then charging people!
