Staff are amazing.. Room was clean & tidy.. Very comfortable bed.. Bit of a walk to town to get a feed if your eledly.. Be good if they had undercover parking..

Everything about this motel was fantastic. From the friendly staff to the amazing accommodation and service . The rooms are outstanding. The grounds are beautiful maintained and the location is great. We travel to Emerald often, but this was our first time to stay at this motel, rest assured from now on this will always be our first option to stay. Thank you for your outstanding service .

Rooms are beautifully furnished and the layout is wonderful. Trailer parking which was great. And the all the staff were friendly. Couldn't fault our stay.

100% this is a five star motel. Exceptionally clean and modern. Pretty much faultless. Next time I'm in emerald I will definitely be staying here. This was the cleanest motel room I have ever stayed in. The provisions and appliances are fantastic. Including a wonderful coffee pod machine and the cleanest kettle I have ever seen. Also a wonderful extra is having a kitchen sink because I hate cleaning dishes or getting water from a bathroom sink. Great size walk in shower, high ceilings and spotlessly clean insect screens.This place is a must stay. Friendly staff, and located off the main road but within easy waking distance of the main street dining areas.It feels good to find a great motel like this one.
