Sent my partner in today to grab a bright colour for my hairdresser. To which i have walked in many times without question to buy and even said this is for my hairdresser.What a shame he never got the great customer service i had and was refused. Untill i finally got my hsirdresser to call.Keep it consistant ppl and have a heart
