Can you please hire someone who can understand English in your drive through. I would say 90% of my orders are stuffed up when using your drive through. Staff of any ethnicity can't seem to get any order correct. Absolutely useless

Extremely bad service. It took about 15 minutes to wait the after orde it 10 minutes before. Then when I opened the bag the gravy wasn’t even there so that was just $4 down the drain. Never going here again because whenever I go it is an absolute rort every time. Now I’m updating this 2 months later and absolutely nothing has changed. Now when you go to pay online the stupid website says “sorry, one of the products you ordered is not working”. Well I’ll tell you what that’s not bloody good enough. Probably a sign I should stop eating from that stupid shop.

Was going to have a look at the menu in-store but all tvs were off so had to book online. Waited about 10 mins before 1 of the workers asked what i was waiting for and informed him that i ordered online.

They make the best chicken, cheese, bacon burger here! Loving the new range of sauces also! Great service here and foods always fresh and hot!!!

Disgusted today my son went in for 2 quarter chicken and chips he asked for breast pieces and was told by the lady manager that he will get what he is given. How dare you say that to him. We are paying for a product so we should get what we asked for without the horrible attitude. We also have had so many orders wrong from there. It needs a good shake up. Also the wait times is redicululous. Wish there was red rooster never had a problem at there stores.

The female on the headset through the drive through tonight at around 6.45pm needs to be retrained. The worst customer service we have ever received. Her foul attitude was completely obvious when making our order and at the service window. Yes it is fast food- but this is someone’s business. You need to do better.
