We found John a pleasure to work with. Ww had approached another architect prior to him who didn't seem to listen to what we wanted at all. John listened and worked with us to create a house renovation that people comment on! We are thrilled with the job John did on renovating and extending our house. He listened carefully and explained everything clearly when we unsure what we wanted, and showed great patience and adaptability whenever we changed our minds or dragged our feet. When one of us became disabled partway through the process he was able to adapt the plans to accommodate the disability. He was able to recommend other professionals, and successfully liaised on our behalf with Council. We now have a beautiful sunny and convenient living area with a fabulous view.
