Recovery lab is amazing, all staff are lovely and very knowledgeable.It’s like my wind down and relaxation place and my body thanks me for it! Every time I go in Matt and Lauren always give me more information about the perks of each experience, if you haven’t been to recovery lab - do yourself a favour!

Such an awesome place for recovery of both the body and mind.I've had tight hamstrings for weeks from Martial Arts, the recovery boots and ice baths are game changers! Matt is so passionate about his business and is so knowledgeable. Recovery Lab has all of the latest high quality equipment and well worth the money.Thanks Matt for your support and encouragement through my very first ice bath.

The cold plunge and Sauna combo is my favorite. After every session in the sauna, I feel refreshed as well as clear minded! The staff at Recovery Lab are always welcoming when it comes to explaining anything you want more information on - they're really helpful 10/10

Recovery Lab Townsville has helped me to wind down, relax and bring myself back to homeostasis. Matts excellent customer service and attention to detail makes every visit first class. With his knowledge of the modalities Matt was able to tailor a specific program just for me. The cleanliness of the facility is exemplary. I have and will continue to recommend Recovery Lab Townsville to friends and colleagues. Five stars.

Matt and Lauren are genuinely the nicest people. They take the time to explain everything and make you as comfortable as possible.The equipment is first rate and really excellent post exercise. After a day of playing volleyball the boots and ice bath means I’m good to go for the next day.Honestly worth trying at least once, but you’ll probably get hooked and keep coming back
