Bayside Dog Lounge

We've been leaving our Great Dane with Mark for many years! We are absolutely loving the new premises which have been developed specifically for all dogs both large and small. It's not often you can have 4 Great Danes all playing together while still having enough room for all the little dogs as well. We can't recommend Mark and the team highly enough, as our little boy always looks forward to his visits!

My boy Charlie has always been ultra anxious of other dogs, so he would spend his days at doggy daycare in a corner. Larger doggy daycares are well suited to dogs who love to socialise and play, so it has always been painful to find a spot where Charlie would enjoy while I have to work long hours.Mark has been incredible with Charlie —he lets Charlie do his thing but also makes sure he gets some play time with other dogs instead of just sitting on his lap all day! Charlie comes home wrecked from all the love and play and gosh I am so thankful! Love all the little tricks and advice that Mark gives us too, you can tell he just gets dogs—even the little anxious ones!

My Labrador Holly has been going to Bayside Dog Lounge a few days a week since she was 4 months old. Mark and his team are amazing - it is such a relief to see how happy Holly is when I drop her off - I know she is in good hands. As a playful, young Lab the opportunity to play with other dogs in a safe environment is perfect and the reinforcement of her training is also a great support. Highly recommend this doggy daycare.

Our puppy has visited Mark twice a week since she was 2 months old. Mark and his team were very aware of her needs as a puppy and her integration into the main group. She’s really happy to see Mark and the team on arrival and just loves hanging out with the pack! The team did a great job of looking after her while we were on holidays too. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable team to look after their pooch.

Mark is an outstanding doggie babysitter, dog trainer and behaviourist. He's been looking after our 3 boys since 2013 and still does despite us moving all the way to Frankston! I'm an overly anxious doggie mummy with separation anxiety and I know I can leave my kids with him and go away with peace of mind! Trust me, I have looked into the very best kennels but I worry because one of our kids is a poo eater and at least I know Mark and his team are with the kids 24/7. It would of course be our labrador husky Boomboom who was very destructive when we first adopted him! Mark helped us considerably to get him settled with day outings and routine. More importantly, he taught us how to slowly integrate him in with other dogs because he is not fond of socialising with dogs! and still isn't, but at least we know now how to do it when the occasion rises. We inadvertently also adopted a husky whilst fostering him, and Momo has also been a flower slow to bloom, but by golly he is now so much more confident with humans with Mark's experience with the breed and how to manage nervous dogs. We're very thankful to have Mark and our boys are in the best hands with his knowledge and experience.

Our boy has been with Mark for many years, both during the day while we are at work and when we have gone on holidays. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care Mark and his team provide. Our boy is always excited and happy when he sees Mark and can't get in his van fast enough! We trust Mark and his team implicity and love the dog lounge he has created. We know we are very lucky to have found Mark!

Mark and his team are the best in the business. Always going above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are enjoying their stay. I have trusted Mark with my dogs for 12 years and I don't trust very many people to look after them but I can relax when they are at Bayside dog lounge knowing that they are in professional and caring hands.

Our boy has been going with Mark for about 7 years and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Mark and his team are just brilliant and have him mixing with dogs there that he’s usually anxious around. He leaves happy and comes home happy every single time. We use Mark weekly, as well as whenever we travel. I have complete and utter trust in how Mark and his team manage my dog, and in their understanding and control of the different dogs and how they interact while in their care. Thanks Mark!

I was anxious about starting a new job as I’d be spending long hours away from my puppy, who has a lot of separation anxiety. Mark and his team have just been absolutely amazing with my puppy! They go above and beyond, my puppy is always thrilled to see Mark. Mark and team take such good care of my puppy and give him so much love. I feel so reassured whenever I leave my puppy with Mark. Highly recommend!
