Great Staff & advice, well worth paying for membership as plenty of savings to be had.

This bike shop houses few different models allowing plenty of options to choose from. I was interested in a particular brand Norco. They didn't had one in store but ordered for me which only took couple of days to arrive. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I worked with Christopher on my deal and i am happy with his help and customer service. I would say though the shop is bit small for a bike store feels the bikes are coming on to you as they are densely stocked.

Excellent service from 99 Bikes. I booked my bike in for a service as there was some strange noises coming from the front wheel. The mechanic was able to rectify the issue by just sorting out the front brake and applying some grease etc. They did not charge me for the full service that was not required, however they were happy to carry out a full service if I so wished. This was done within the same day as I dropped it off and I was notified by text and email when it was ready to pick up. Staff were pleasant, polite, professional and clearly honest and not out to make more money at my expense. Excellent service all round.

BUYERS BEWARE. Recently made a purchase and when I was due to collect the item, they cancelled it and said they incorrectly priced it... This was after taking my money and confirming the order! They then had the audacity to offer the item to me for an additional $600. Don't buy from these guys. Very shonky! Would give minus stars if possible. Scammers!!

The service at 99 Bikes is beyond amazing. Nothing is to much trouble, the team went out of their way to suggest, and source, new tyres for one of our E-Bikes so that my wife felt more comfortable riding on more grippy tyres when we are out doing rail trails. Great team, instore service A+. All round, they come highly recommended by us.

He helped me throughout the entire process of getting a new bike, from selecting a range that fit with my criteria to assembling the bike (including basket and kick stand) that was all ready for me to bring home. Appreciate the help and will be coming back for servicing and more :)

Staff product knowledge is very good. I'm very happy with the bike I bought after discussing the types of cycling I do. Advice on size of bike & set up was very welcome & I came home with a bike suited to me at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Customer services towards customers has a long way to go. I recently went to this store with a minor request to buy a lock, this would have taken no more than a minute, the customer service person came to the counter and although they were assisting someone with an obviously very long query of buying a bike they didn’t even have the courtesy to simply ask how they could help me, if my query would have been a long one then could simply ask me to wait until they finished with their original customer but if it would take only a few minutes they could kindly ask the fist customer to wait 2 minutes. To make it worse I was standing there in crutches, and this makes me wonder if their behaviour would have been the same if I wasn’t a person of colour. Whatever it is, better customer service training and awareness is required. 1 star.

IF YOU WANT TO FEEL CHEAP AND EMBARRASSED THEN GO TO 99 BIKES.I bought a bike on sale recently for my son.First 99 bikes should not put bikes on sale and embarass customer that they are buying it cheap. This guy he reminded my 10-15 times that I am buying cheap and low quality product. everytime I asked him, how is frame and chain , it's cheap what do expect,wheel bent slightly, it's cheap what do expect. I should have spent my money some where else.I bought ALDI bike it lasted 5 years on daily use.
