I've been using PJ for 5 years now. They are reliable, which in Cairns is notable, and do good work.Once I had an ongoing problem which resulted in a return visit that too 90 minutes..and I wasn't charged anything. I didn't think they should, but appreciated they also entirely agreed.I recommend Jason. He's good

Not transparent with their charges. They will round their time up to the nearest 30 minute increment. Charge 130 call out fee. For a 90 minute job they were apparently here for 150 minutes....You definitely want to be at home when they are working on your house. You divide the labour component of their bill (inclusive of charge out fee).... they charge there electricians out at 140 an hour. I paid 350 for 2.5 hours...... I won't be using again. They could have a call out fee and then the clock starts ticking but they'd rather confuse everyone and rounds up.

Wonderful service, on-time and very helpful. I needed smoke alarm replacements as well as several light fitting replacements. The work was excellent and they cleaned up to ensure that I had no mess. Fantastic work and I would highly recommend them.

A big thank you to PJ Electrical who managed to fit me in to their busy schedule for an air-con repair. They attended the job within 2 days of my call, arrived on time, sourced a part and completed repair within 30 minutes. I was so thankful to receive excellent service at this very busy time of the year. Would highly recommend this firm.

To Siobahn & Karen not sure how you two can even sleep at night knowing you're business is this terrible and badly organised. I was recommended this business from Samsung customer service to fix my washing machine. I diagnosed the issue myself, spoke via email and phone to both people who's names mentioned. Told them both over phone and email that the drain pump had stopped working. They sent out a technician to basically look at it for no longer then 5min to tell me the pump was buggered. Replied back to them in an email as there phone line closes after 2:30pm.... haha people work full time and u close at 2:30pm what a joke. You didn't even reply to my email you just debited me the $150 call out fee are you kidding me.. your technician told me you have the pump in stock and that it's in your shop. Why wasn't the pump bought out to the job it had been 1 week and you lot knew that was the issue.. You are now giving excuses that it was communication issue. You are charging $65 for a replacement pump that is $25 off ebay $121 for dampers and 1hour labour. This is a warning for anyone using this company not under warranty stay clear of them. Very unprofessional. I would rather buy a new washing machine then to have to deal with you guys ever again..

PJ Electrical were the repairer selected by Samsung Australia to repair our fridge. Siobahn at PJ Electrical was very professional and kept in contact with us to advise of the progress of the claim. Within a week our fridge was repaired. The technician, Jack, arrived on time & fixed the fridge on his first visit. We were very happy with their service.

PJ Electrical were recommended to us (by our usual electrician who is now retired) to repair our faulty rangehood. We were very impressed by their professionalism and ease of booking etc. The admin staff were very helpful and informative. Service callout was booked for the following week and our rangehood was able to be fixed immediately by their technician who was very quick and left absolutely no mess. Great service at a good price. Highly recommend this company.

Just got charged $170 for a guy to come out and clean my air conditioner but the job was not done because I was told it needed repairs. So I ended up getting charged the full call out fee plus half an hour for someone to tell me that it can't be cleaned because it needs repairs. When has that ever been fair? Shouldn't this job then have been turned into a quote as no job was undertaken? It was a nasty surprise and would not recommend this company. Makes me feel robbed.
