Had a treatment and laser service provided by Elizabeth which was thorough and good. She made me feel very comfortable.

I Recently had fat freezing service I was sceptical at first but was surprised by the significant improvement would definitely recommend this business and service and staff are very friendly

i was extremely disappointed with my eyebrow waxing appointment today with Cassie. she made my eyebrows significantly thinner and made them look like literal sperms on my face. my eyebrows have never looked so bad in my life. disgusting service. never go to this place for eyebrow waxing, trust me. the price $28 just for an eyebrow wax is disgraceful as it is and she still managed to ruin them. never coming here again.

A few weeks ago, I have gotten the valentines glow facial peel (first time ever having a facial) and I was a bit disappointed at the fact that it left minor burn marks on my face after it. I was told it was meant to sting but wasn’t expected it to burn after the peel too. I did answer the questions and said that I had sensitive skin as well.The next day I saw the manager and she said she had never seen a reaction like that before. She gave me a light treatment but that was it and didn’t apologise either. I wanted my skin to look nice before valentines but it left scars for 2 weeks instead. I was hoping she would have given a refund at least. I definitely wont be going back.Although the Asian lady at the counter that I spoke to was lovely and very helpful though.

I have been coming here for a number of years. I pre booked and specifically asked for a particular worker who has done a great job and understands my needs and wants. After waiting close to an hour after my appointment I was given a different girl who did not do a good job at all. She didn’t listen and missed a lot. They took payment first and rushed me through as all they seemed interested in was my money and getting out of there. When paying for a service, you expect proper service. Highly disappointed

I have been coming to this clinic for a while now for skin treatments and have been seeing Maryna and my skin has been looking amazing. All my friends have been complimenting my skin. All staff are lovely and amazing customer service. Thank you!

Great great service at Evolution Laser Clinic Wetherill Park! I’ve been coming here for the past year and no bad words to say! All the staff are absolutely amazing, providing such a great service to all, always so helpful and so sweet. Always helping to decide what the best deal is and how to save some money!! I’ve never had a bad experience here and the woman that does my treatments Jamila is an absolute sweetheart, always asking how my day is and making me feel super comfortable! Will definitely stay here for the duration of my treatments, overall 10/10!
