Keira Nicholson and the team were outstanding with their assistance to us as 35 year residents in Forrestfield, in the same house.Keira personally reassured us that she would go through all the steps required to gain Retrospect approval for some external structures that had been erected decades ago.Keira visited our property and personally measured and detailed all the structures and drew these out for the requirements of the structural engineer and for the City of Kalamunda.The process was effectively carried out, Keira kept us fully informed of each process and step that was required.
