Booked a service call at the cost of $141.00 (fair price) however they did not send a technician/plumber, in my opinion they sent me a sales rep!The first question I was asked when he came to the front door was how old is the unit.Then when he had a look he told me the unit was too old and not repairable and the decking was built too close to the unit and he will not be able to to anything but quote on a new unit!!He wanted to re-locate the unit and tried to convince me that’s the only way they could put a new unit in, I told him I wasn’t interested in re-location and I will cut out the decking to make room for access to the unit. He then told me it would not make a difference as the cost would be $7990 for a replacement unit (this does not include any ductwork) already in the house.He did not even try to find out why it was not igniting, did not measure any gas pressure or test the ignition system, he did not bring any tools other than an iPad to take photos, he told me that it was a safety issue that he could not look at the unit because it was too close to the decking.He didn’t even take the inspection cover off until I told him I wasn’t interested in a new unit until the unit I have has been tested.In his report it stated he as A job safety analysis has been done and was deemed safe to proceed but the customer did not want to proceed!!Yet when he spoke to me he told me it was a safety issue! A little contradictory as far as I’m concerned.I have been a field technician in the gate automation industry and the first point of call is to actually have a look at the problem before suggesting a replacement.I would not recommend this company to anyone.A customer representative did get in contact with me and resolve my complaint.

Carl was great. During the call out he diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options on how to proceed and then completed the installation after getting the parts required. He also answered all of my questions about the system.
