I have been taking my 4WD to PQ for a while now and they have done a great job in maintaining and upgrading my car for off road touring. Highly recommended for suspension lift kits and other performance upgrades.

When our Peugeot broke down in Sydney on our way back to Melbourne, it was very difficult to find any mechanic available that would help us without a booking/in our emergency. The team was friendly, efficient and fixed our problem on the spot.

I came in with a recently purchased second hand VW which had an engine problem. The check engine light had been reflecting and the previous owner had given up after not being able to solve the problem with other mechanics. I took it to James (first time ever going to PQ Automotive), and he was very diligent and professional with his work. He was able to fix the problem and was great at communicating with me throughout the process. Very reliable and efficient!!

Great service, they serviced my Citroen in a professional manner at a reasonable price. I recommend them to others.

Not only check tires and add coolant for free, machinist backed my car out. Maybe he didn't realize how important for me （I'm still in reverse phobiabecause I was back car and popped tire 2days ago）and who had just moved into the neighborhood. Just want to give him a big hug and say thank you, next year the car service will come to PQ

Perfect serving! Very happy ! Cost much less than Merc dealership and even cheaper than their own original quote due to brakes pads No need to be changed! Thanks guys and a big thank you from my wife too , she can’t smell the old burned plastic water reservoir anymore , it’s now a brand new stainless steel one :)

Exceptional Service and very reasonable pricing!James and the team went over and above when we had our Audi serviced here. We weren't able to supply the lock nuts to remove the wheels and he arranged a contact to stop by after hours to help him remove them and even supplied a loan car overnight when he certainly wasn't obligated to.They come across as really honest, helpful and transparent in our experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

James and his team are absolutely outstandingI totally agree with comments about diagnosis skills , very reasonable prices and trust worthiness - they will only do the work which is requiredAnd they are just nice people dedicated to their craft

James charged me %75 on top of retail for my radiator, 1 month latter it started leaking and now he is being very difficult to come good on the 1 year warranty he said it has. I'm currently going through fair trading over it.
