Good experience. Recently ordered 40mm Bredbo Brown from them. Best price in town for product and delivery.Purchased over phone was told a rough time for delivery. Was contacted ten minutes before driver arrived. Driver asked where to unload. I do not know about comment of stuff dropped off in the wrong spot I guess this can happen if you are not home.As for the comment about the reception lady I had no troubles dealing with her. Found her quite efficient and effective actually. There is only one person in the (busy) office so you are not going to get favourable responses if you ask whether the white stone or black pebble better.**Update 10.7.21 - Tried click and collect service at Mitchell and got a text saying I could head over immediately. Everything was loaded in my car within 15 minutes. It works!

Never a problem coming here. Easy to get around and products are on display everywhere. Easy to drop off green waste then load up on some mulch , gone in 60 seconds fast. Excellent service.

Would’ve been nice to know I couldn’t drop off green waste after 4:30. Turned up at 4:25 and the lady wouldn’t sell me a green waste card and told me it was too late. I think I’ll stick to going to Corkhill Bro’s.

The lady at the reception is very grumpy with no customer handling skills. To be specific I went on 25/11/20 in afternoon.I went twice, first time the reception was good. It was an another staff that day.I liked the products but I can see that the Reception has put the ratings down.

We purchased a bunch of 'vegie mix' from the Hume and Mitchell yards and couldn't work out why our vegetables weren't growing in our new raised beds. We measured PH at about 9, and also tested potash, phosphorus and nitrogen. Soil is completely unacceptable - low phosphorus, low nitrogen, and extremely alkaline.
