Beyond disappointed with one staff on 5.5.23 around 1300 who was manning the change room. My wife was told by this staff that she's too busy to help her grab a larger size dress so she had to go grab it herself. When she came back the change room was occupied by another customer and the staff told her that she should have closed the curtain. However less than 40 seconds ago the staff was just told by my wife she was only going to grab one piece of clothes and be right back. Moreover the only reason she had to leave was because the staff told her she couldn't go. No offering of calling anyone to help. No saving the room for her given the staff knew she would be right back. Disgusting customer service ruined my wife's birthday. Shame on you.

Honestly they need more of Zara in Adelaide! So good to go to for quality but affordable items. I find a lot of the medium sizes of things are never in stock when I go but that could just be luck or the fact there’s no other Adelaide stores. Service is always helpful :)

It seems I’m not the only one appalled by the disgusting customer service at Zara Burnside. I will never shop here again!! Not one employee acknowledges you, or smiles or helps in anyway. It’s like your an inconvenience shopping in the store. Management- Do yourself a favour and re-employ staff that are friendly, helpful and don’t have their head stuck up their arse. Honestly, this was the most appalling customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Disappointed with the treatment from the sales staff, which I wouldn't normally mention. However it was annoying to wait patiently in line and then find out that there are a tonne of change rooms available but the staff didn't communicate or advise this - while standing in the changing room door. I also got a small telling off for hanging all my clothes but not putting them back on the right rack! Definitely a poor experience.

Extremely rude Asian manager. It’s shame that I personally love zara brand and In South Australia it’s a only store. So I do visit whenever there is new styles comes up. I was trying over sized jackets and this rude extremely unprofessional manager came to me said don’t try here front of mirror that’s our property. She said try in changing room. I said to her in my whole life no one has spoken to like this and second it’s not pants or top which I should be tying in the fitting room. She also asked me wether or not my buying this jacket. When I heard that I was dam numb. I said I’m but why you askin she said nothing and left with the sick attitude. I mean what is wrong with this company or brand. Do they hire this kind of staff purposely?? To make customers day bad. I mean in small stores like target or something no one is like this everyone is so sweet and friendly. I did complain to other manger straightaway but they all were too clicky. I felt extremely bad. Imagine if the customer be rude to them? Then they make big scene hey! Now these days no one really care being cared of giving the quality or friendly customer service.

Lovely nu fashion chic. I'm a bigger dude and struggle to find sizes but love coming in and having a look at what is in the fashion scene which Zara emulates. Good store.

Rude staff...Told me changing rooms were closed never mind my sister was in one. All I wanted to do was talk to her. 'No changing rooms are closed' she snapped. Very rude staff. One lady in the upstairs changing rooms was so sweet and I thank her for her kindness. ❤Had to wait in line for about 5 minutes for the changing rooms... could at least put some more in...The shop was also disorganized and I found it hard to locate different styles as they weren't in the same area.

Generally speaking rude customer service. Just because the shop is located in Burnside doesn’t mean they have to treat everyone as lower class citizens. Staff definitely need more training.

Love Zara worldwide! This is the only Zara in Adelaide.
