Dead grass space with no facilities. Only good thing about it is that it's close to the shops

This is the only open space in the area that has not been developed. No trees, no grass, the only good thing is that the council mows it once every 6 weeks or so. Many people with dogs use the park, which is great, but it could be so much better with a little TLC and forethought from the council. It's a bit of an eyesore in the heart of Seaford Meadows.
