The service and efficiency of the team here at marion job Jane is unreal. I started work in an hour from when I dropped my tyre off and had to get my spare fixed and I had no issues. Peter was a top bloke and helped me out as I lived near by he drove down with me and helped me change my newly repaired tyre in the pouring rain.Community and locally minded these guys are great at what they do. Peter was a real help and deserves the acknowledgement.

I can only say how appreciative I am of the the service provided by the team at Bob Jane, Marion. They went 'above and beyond' to identify and then rectify a tie rod problem on my Corolla. Extremely good service.We were on holiday in Adelaide, had a horrific blowout, so required new tyres. Cameron didn’t have the tyres I wanted so he went out of his way to go and pick a set up for me and fitted me in same day. From first phone call to vehicle finish was a matter of hours. The tyre prices and deals are competitive and you will get honest advice about the best tyres to suit your car. It is conveniently located across the road from Westfield Marion so waiting around is never a problem. If you do want to wait the customer room is immaculately clean and has a tea and coffee machine. Blokes are of course welcome too!

Consumer Advice.Something seemed a little bit off that had piquet my interest. A friend of mine organized to have 195,50,16 tires fitted.The original tire size / current tires are 195,45,16. Bob Jane Marion stated that it was ''illegal'' for them to fit the 50 aspect ratio tire. Credit store manager Cameron for responding to my enquiry professionally and promptly and confirmed why they didn't install the tires, however he was unable to confirm the following...What happens if a Bob Jane store does not discuss this with the customer and install tires that do not match the aspect ratio on the placard.Are Bob Jane liable if they fit a tire that does not match the size on the placard.What happens if you find out that Bob Jane fitted a tire size that doesn't match the placard, what are they prepared to do.There is no doubt that Bob Jane and many other tire stores have fitted tires that didn't match the placard on the car. I was simply looking for some consistency with this rule.Just some consumer advice, if any staff at a Bob Jane store have never mentioned this to you and they have installed tires that do not match the aspect ratio on the placard of your card, they have by definition, have illegally fitted your tires.This tells me that whenever Bob Jane Marion have a tire aspect ratio that is less or more than the placard on the car, they are not allowed (legally) to install them.Seems to me they'd have to either turn a lot of customers away and / or get them tires that fit. Resulting in the customer to either be pressured into buying other tires that may be more expensive and / or having to wait due to tires being ''out of stock''.I'm hoping all Bob Jane stores are sticking to this rule. I'd recommend getting your tires size checked to ensure they are the same size / specs on the placard.
