In terms of Waves and service, it's a 5. In terms of maintenance, it is a 2. No soap in .ens Bathrooms and paint is peeling off the walls in the pool. You have a 5 star attraction, and you aren't maintaining it properly.

Water is too warm due to the sun ray. It is like hot bath wave. Out of the water I felt cooler. It needs a thick roof over the wave pool. The toilet is also smelly due to the hot weather. It needs more frequent cleaning.

Great place to bring kids. Well enclosed and lots of poolside decks to chill out on. Life guards are pretty switched on. They closely watched a girl in trouble, were ready to jump in (taken shirt off) and then she managed to get hold of a board. Just reassuring they were paying attention.

Me and my girlfriend had a really good time here. We spent a couple of hours playing in the water and relaxing. It was pretty cheap to enter and I expected that there would be a lot more people here. The Wave Lagoon, but I guess we were lucky (February). There were free boards and rings that you could use in the water. There was always at least one lifeguard watching over the pool all the time. Really nice and will come back if I revisit Darwin.

TLDR- 10min wave sets, 20min wait between, flat.I arrived at 515 knowing it shuts at 6pm… I didn’t know it’s not non stop waves! In facts it’s more no wave time than wave time…So when I got into the water at 520, and the waves just stopped at 525pm… I had. No idea if they would start up again before they closed.…(I had heard there’s sets)… not knowing but waiting just in case seeing my last minutes burn up was a bit tiresome.The Melbourne surf pool has gaps- but only if 5min…20min flat Normal pool time.. waiting for 10min wave sets.Just 10min!!! Couldn’t it be the other way around?

Great place staff are friendly and there are quite a few there which is good for the piece of mind, waves are gentle enough and run for twenty minutes then stop for ten minutes, makes the whole place friendly for the family especially those that are just learning to swim, kids pool is good has plenty of shade to cover everyone, plenty of umbrellas and the price is quite cheap well worth a visit to cool off
