I ring and organise doing a soil report and a day or 2 later paid my invoice of $770 in full on 8/6/22 with no receipt or confirmation of payment, even though I email that I paid. ok just overlooked I guess? But professionally a reply would have been nice, a receipt even better.22/6/22 soil report to be done, but no ringing or email on the day or prior to confirm if happening. So leave my gates unpadlocked just in case. Guessing it happened due to tyre marks and hole in ground. 2 weeks later I email how did test go? They replied it went well, but no suggestion of report or when likely to be done. Finally get report 6/7/22 which is great.A few days later I get another invoice to pay $770 again. I email Keira to say definitely paid, giving bank and date details. Keira CC's me in to Tas to look into saying her records show account not paid, I guess to make me feel guilty or something??I state I can prove payment, and by the way can I now get a receipt of payment. Mind you, not one phone call.I then get a receipt of payment for 8/6/22.Keira sends email, looks like this has been addressed anything else please contact us.Ok, Keira your mistake, and professionally I would expect you admit that with an apology or oops I'm sorry about that!???So very unprofessional in the way they do business, where your made to feel like a number and not a person!
