Stumbled across Steery’s Towing & Transport by accident and so glad I found them. Bryce has recently started his own towing business in Mackay and is absolutely awesome. So professional & knowledgeable, was on time & nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly be making Bryce my go to for any towing & transport needs. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending Bryce & his services so if you need a tow in Mackay or surrounding area, give him a call.

Steery’s were very responsive to my query last night, thus giving me great confidence that they would tow the vehicle this morning as part of my insurance claim. Bryce was very personable and highly skilled in recovering my vehicle on the bank of a steep driveway. I would highly recommend their services.

As far as vehicle breakdowns go, this experience was the best by far. Excellent customer service, and fast response times. Very professional team. Would recommend to anyone.

Bryce is an owner-operator with a team of other drivers, works with all the big insurers. I had to had to get my car towed after an accident one Friday morning while heading into work - Never had been towed before but Bryce kept positive during the entire situation.Bryce talked me through the towing authority form while I was in the side of the road straight after he turned up, and asked permission to leave my car in a carpark (he already had another job on the back), and dropped me off at work.Bryce was super approachable on the phone, always around to take a phone call, and had my car delivered after hours at night, while I was at home.Bryce has pretty good knowledge of the crash repairers in town and Airlie beach.I'm super relieved now, without Bryce I wouldn't have had my car back by Christmas : )

I was pretty upset by the breakdown of my 7.7m bus. I called these guys and spoke with Bryce who was so calming and ready to find a solution for me.Being a family business he immediately sent out his father, Glen, who drove an hour to pick me up.It was a big vehicle to load but he knew all the tricks to get her up on the tray and had a cool and comfortable cab for me to drive back to Mackay in.The guys had knowledge of a very suitable mechanics where we delivered the bus.The price was fair. One of my quotes was double what the Steery’s charged.I could tell that this family business really care about people. Thanks Bryce and Glen.
