Ordered the meal with NO salt for the french fries, but received the French fries WITH SALT!The girls served me were laughing in the kitchen, I could hear they mentioned salt.They were too lazy to provide the correct order to customers, instead playing around, make jokes on customers’ orders, not doing their job properly.For some people have health issues and try to cut their salt intake, it is not a joke.Won’t buy from this branch again!

Great hungry jacks. We went for lunch today. The girl that served us was super friendly and helpful. The food arrived and was fresh and hot. Probably one of the better ones around our area.

If I could give no stars I would, CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely appalling and disgusting, tried ordering via drive thru and when I asked about what slushy flavours were working upon trying to order I was huffed and puffed at sworn at and called all names under the sun, Will be taking this further as Serivce like this is appalling! AVOID CAUSLA HUNGRY JACKS !!!!!

Great hungry jacks. We went for dinner last night, The girls that served us named Kristina , Mercy and Naya was super friendly and helpful. There service was fantastic and we hope we can find there service every hungry jacks we go. The food arrived and was fresh and hot. Probably one of the better ones around our area.

Great hungry jacks. We went for dinner last. The manager that served us name Naya was super friendly and helpful. Her service was fantastic and we hope we can find her service to every hungry jacks we go to.

Even if there is no one else in the store or in the drive through, they will make you park and get ready for a super long wait. The male manager who is a bit older than most is awesome but some of the staff look 12 and none of the other staff even make eye contact when serving let alone apologise for making you wait for up to 20 minutes

It's unfortunate such a conviniently located Hungry Jacks is going to waste. I've now lost count the number of times I've been given the wrong order after using the drive-through service. I once had to drive back to have our family take-away corrected.Today, the young lady at the drive-through pay counter was even swinging the swipe machine while looking away waiting for me to tap my payment. I couldn't even reach the machine. Had to ask her to bring it closer. Order took long that they asked us to park the car at the front entrance (as usual) and wait for our order, which defeats the purpose of a drive-through. Got home, and guess what, wrong order again.Going by the consistence in poor customer service and wrong orders, I'd be surprised if management reads these reviews. But maybe the reviews could help the next customer on what to expect, or explore other options.

Terrible service. Ordered through menulog and received wrong and missing items, coffee cup only half full. Staff refused to help. Aksed to speak to the manager and the worker claimed to be the manager.

Used their drive through option. Quick service. Staffs are friendly. Nothing to complain. Happy customer. Missing 5 star as they have not much room for dine in.
