I was very pleased by the prompt communication with Simone and they collected and delivered as we'd mutually arranged. I would be happy to use the Interstate Furniture Removalist Group again.

Truck driver & son were really lovely and extremely helpful, but a problem with my payment bouncing back to my own account (because it exceeded the daily limit), during my drive from Brisbane to Sydney, caused relations to sour with their employer. My error for trying to do a larger transfer than the bank permitted, but what happened as a result was unacceptable.Delivery was delayed & it seems my goods had to be moved in and out of the truck a number of times. A lot of breakages - some of which hidden behind other objects while I signed off - including a mirror, 4 picture frames broken apart & artwork damaged. Broken light socket while moving in bed frame. I said that and the mirror was OK, but I hadn't seen that the artwork too was smashed.Regarding the price, original quote was for $850 but they made me pay $1109.09 + GST ($1230). $50 was instantly added when I asked if I might put a few small items in the truck. I accepted that, but then between pick-up & delivery, another $209 was added AFTER the Final Balance" I tried to pay before the truck was loaded. The story was that I had specified 3 X shelves were "small" - when I had not - and that took up more "volume" than they had expected.The company threatened not to deliver anything unless I paid the extra money. We would choose them again anytime!We moved interstate from QLD to NSW, but we needed a Removalist who would also store our goods for a few months. We sold the house in QLD in July and got a new house in NSW in Oct. We moved from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane and had nothing but a positive experience! The two removalists were professional and we could tell they genuinely cared for our belongings and made sure everything was wrapped and protected. Communication was great and we paid a very competitive price for our move. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I have to thank Simone and Danny for squeezing in my task of challenge under such a short notice. My first interstate moving is tricky- One bedroom at level 3 in a 70's unit building, no lifts, wooden floor, bulky fridge, washing machine and furnitures in NSW to a brand new, wooden floored, highly secured at the gate and lifts, full-of-restrictions apartment in Brisbane city. It was performed pretty well.Danny and his mates are happy movers with sense of humor. They are very experienced and professional about what to do. When it comes to the obstacles or dramas in the buildings,(oh yes unexpectedly even when you thought you has it perfectly planned), they show their can-do attitude to overcome the issues without any complaints or extra charges. They have blankets, big bands and straps to handle your big items, dissemble and re-assemble the bed, un-install and re-install my fridge and washer, hand-carry items with care when needed and go through my inventory list in the beginning and to the end.I paid reasonable price with my credit card and the accidental breakage insurance was covered. Great! Most of the time insurance costs extra hundreds of bucks. My furnitures arrived safely with no scratch on them or on the wooden floor at all. After going through all the reviews and quotations, I am very grateful and lucky to choose them for dealing with my removal. I would definitely use them again. I know I will be at good hands and no need to worry too much.

What a fantastic group of people! Booking the move was professionally and efficiently managed and the team of 3 guys who moved my furniture were just wonderful! Punctual, in communication when they said they would be and everything picked up and delivered as it was before I even met them. The service was friendly, yet professional and NOTHING was too much trouble. Moved from North Coast NSW to Brisbane. We had a fantastic experience with Interstate Removals Group. Pick up was efficient and professional. They did everything that they could to protect our belongings, which all arrived without a scratch.The experience that we had helped to male what had been a potentially very stressful move very easy. Highly recommended.

Great communication, team were very accommodating with our last minute timing & still offered a very reasonable price. Great service. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Would absolutely use their services again.

Do not use this company full of dodgy staff with crappy service!!!!I had nothing but issues with this shonky company. Delivery was picked up early then delayed. The contact person was not answering phone calls to give a timeframe, as they could not meet timeframe. They asked for cash on pickup (due to system issues) and the invoice has not reflected cash paid to drivers. Online invoice system amended 8 times each time the delivery was late or altered- now invoice reflects one transaction only! Company will manipulate and breach contract you have with them. Both sets of delivery people stated they did not work for this company" normally and were just "doing this job on the side". Dodgy dealings if you book this company.One star for a decent price quoted which took 2 weeks to deliver.I will be suing this company due to a breached contract time
