Staff here are always very friendly and professional. Its always a pleasant experience and they get all postal services done fast and efficiently. We have used them for several years and they always get the task done even under the pressure of line ups.

Overall I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this particular post office. I frequently utilise the parcel collection facility and have never had any issues. Parking and site access can be painful during busy periods due to the amount of traffic in the area - however this is not something which the site can control.

Sick of having delivery drivers take the mail that wasn't signed for into the post office the next morning not that afternoon. Maybe more staff should be hired if you cannot get to the collection office at the end of the day. Utterly disgraceful that this has been normalised and I'll continue to say so everytime i walk in until something is done

This place is great and the staff are excellent. Always clean, tidy and organised.

This would have to be the most dysfunctional post office in Brisbane. Don’t even bother if you’re in hurry

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful postal delivery officer we have in our area in Ascot, QLD. She goes by the name of Hoff". She is always upbeat

I have been coming to the Virginia Australia post for many years now and I was disappointed today. Even though it is no one else’s responsibility, I thought there might be some decent people working here. I was having car trouble and it was closing time. A woman working there on 31/01/2023 at about 5:30pm had finished locking up and was leaving. My car was broken down and I had left me phone at home, I had walked up to her and politely asked if there was anyway possible if I could maybe make a phone call to call my partner to come get me as I had my 2 children with me. She just told me no! Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything just left, I’d understand if it were just me but I also had my son and daughter with me. This world is so wrong nowadays.

Every Monday I post off bulk parcels, extremely friendly staff and always good chat.. thanks again Ladies, cya next week!

Ive been using this post office for some time now but today was the last time. Im blown away that Australia post is taking advantage of Australians by selling Covid RAT tests for $24.95
