We had arranged to inspect the facilities at 3:30pm and arrived in time. While talking to the the receptionist the time moved to 3:31pm where upon she informed us that we were too late. While we didn’t continue with the inspection our initial observations were that the facility was poorly operated with little compassion for current and potential residents. Probably the worst care facility we have visited.
