My daughter has only been with MDT for 12 months, but the progression she has made, even in lockdown, is fantastic. Encouraging and friendly environment. Highly recommend.

MDT is like a family and both the teachers and students support you to grow as not only a dancer but as a person as well. MDT helped me to grow into fulltime and are still providing me with so much love and care. The teachers are passionate and the classes are so fun whilst still providing the best training.

Both my daughters have been going to MDT for years. MDT is a great school for dancing and singing and for every child that is interested in learning this sort of performing art.The environment is amazing, healthy and safe. Great teachers for every discipline.I recommend it!

At the Melbourne Dance Theatre - School of Excellence they teach the best Classical Ballet Vaganova method in the NE suburbs within a friendly and nurture children's creativity. My boys have learn much more than just dance but respect, commitment, responsibility and passion for what they love.

I sent my daughters here since they were 3 years old. Class size is small compared to other school which is the advantage. All staffs are friendly and fees are affordable.

My daughter joined MDT as a senior in 2021 and it has been the best decision for her, after 10 years at another school it was a big change. The students and staff embraced her into the school like she had been there for years (even with all the lockdowns). Janelle and her team have given her the confidence to grow and improve in all of her classes. Highly recommend MDT!
