What a lovely motel, very spacious, spotless, everything u need for a comfy stay, and Tracey at reception was very nice and helpful. Close to the pub and other eateries. Highly recommend.

As outback hotels go this place is reasonable, good location, rooms clean. I passed through as a work trip and I suspect other working people choose this place to stay as well.Update : food isn't available now. Visit the 2 pubs or the large petrol station

Love the large spacious rooms, the location is just brilliant so close to the servo and pubs all within walking distance.The only thing I didn't feel comfortable about was there is no curtain or window covers in bathroom.But the staff were awesome friendly and so full of information.

Very nice motel, really enjoyed staying here. Great pool, nice service, friendly, clean etc. I asked about the AC with the reviews I'd read and they put us in a unit with recently replaced AC. Some units still have old ones. The outdoor temp was 38 degrees but sadly indoors the new unit was not able to cool the room with the afternoon sun on the windows. Guessing it was undersized. We did manage to cool the room enough to sleep but in the morning, still not much difference in temp between indoors and outdoor temp. Morning outdoor temp was 25 degrees. Overall I highly recommend this motel and it's probably the best in town by a long shot, but in the heat of the summer afternoons you will need to be in the pool to stay cool.

Stayed here for 2 nights last week. Owner was absolutely amazing, brought us towels when she saw me and my friend at the pool. Was so accommodating, have nothing but good words to say about her and the inn. Thankyou for having us. Would stay again!!

I agree with all the reviews. Rooms are comfy, hosts are excellent, just across from kronosaurus korner which is also well worth a look. Nice cafe there. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ammonite Inn. Laundry facilities also, under cover parking & a sweet doggy to pat.
