Apex Gates
Finishing of instillation shoddy. Complained of finish standard and some clearances only to be spoken down to and told it is in tolerance when I know it is not. Took gate keys and remotes 4 months ago as I wanted issues rectified before final payment. Have had to manually opening an electric gate for that time. Still waiting. Never again

Our strata's automatic gate motor stopped working and Simon was on site an hour later to assess, and arranged for the motor replacement the following day. He was so fast to respond, really pleasant and friendly and excellent to deal with. Could not recommend more highly! Thanks Simon

It seems getting a quote after providing all the information is very difficult. Just been told it will happen at their convenience. I even said since I was an hour from the office an estimate would suffice without having to do a site visit immediately.Don't think I will bother them if its so difficult or so tired.I will try someone who wants my business.

Simon was very knowledgeable but unfortunately gate behaved itself when he was there so he was unable to diagnose the problem. A few days after his visit problem reoccurring so looks like need new motor.

The repair of my gate was delayed through no fault of Apex as the part was coming from overseas. Bekk was proactive in giving me updates and empathetic to the challenges we faced. Despite the long delay, Apex's customer service was top notch and the repair now means we have two swinging gates - finally!

Our Strata Complex went through three or four gate contractors before Apex. At times they were okay then things would fall apart. Apex were able to resolve an issue noone else could (vehicle gates to auto open on power failure, start open and then close and return to normal when power returns).We now have a fail safe" system which Apex has been maintaining for a number of years. We then wanted to expand our access control system to pedestrian gates and Apex was the go to
