Amazing service, top notch quality workmanship, have had work done multiple times and everything has been excellent. They even helped me in an emergency this morning when my tyre blew up. Clayton & his team checked over my car for a suspected problem that my mechanic reported. They looked over my car, confirmed there were no actual issues, free of charge. Great customer service! I will definitely come back in future if needed with no hesitations. Hope you enjoyed the muffins!

First time service at new location at North Lakes… being going to Pickering Street for many years and will be going to new location instead, car purred all the way home to McDowall and it was great to catch up with Clayton again!Mac’s Auto Northlake, 2nd visit since their move and it will not be the last, Clayton and the crew did a replacement that took a couple of hours and again the car purred all the way home … I’m addicted to the sound of a purring car! My car has 216,000 plus kms up because of the attention it gets from Mac’s Auto!

Over the years of owning cars and utes you eventually meet your fair share of mechanics. Moving around I am often needing to find a new. I'm very happy with customer service. I am never made to feel that I couldn't understand. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my vehicle behind in their capable hands. I have twice had to drop my car in fairly quickly and they have had the job done on the same day. Absolutely brilliant and keep it up guys. Love your business and your ability to communicate so well.I will be recommending you in future.
