Ali and the team are truly incredible.Knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and caring, the team at Choice Pharmacy Vincentia truly are one of a kind. The store is always kept in immaculate condition and pharmacist Ali Nazim will do his absolute best to make sure you’re well taken care of. Choice Pharmacy is located inside Vincentia Marketplace. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything in particular. I was approached by three different staff members during my time in the store, who all helped me find what I was looking for, and offered advice with my decisions. The shop was both wheelchair friendly and child friendly. The aisles were easily accessible and they even had a little desk and chair area to keep small children occupied.#letsguide #wheelchairaccessible #childfriendly #familyfriendly

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but I was shocked at the price of my script. $20 for generic which costs $7.95 in Chemist Warehouse. Only when I expressed my surprise at the cost did they mention that they could price-match. Why not just give the consumer the best price in the first place?

Good range, but twice the price than a suburban chemist in Sydney. When I checked that was the price for one fill & not the 2 repeats (as it was double) , she looked at me with a raised eyebrow and shrugged. I was too embarrassed to look for anything else so just paid & left.

I went into the Pharmacy to get some advise on how to pull a tick from my sons head, the staff were incredibly helpful, the Pharmacist came straight out and removed the tick immediately and really put my son at ease. Such a great experience, thanks to all the staff there!

All the staff are so helpful and lovely. Have needed advice before and they always do everything they can to help. If the person you ask does not know, they will still make sure they find the answer. If you want to receive quality and friendly service go nowhere else.

Every experience I have had at Choice Pharmacy has been positive and the staff there are the epitome of helpful and professional. In holiday periods, they are understandably busy because they are the first resort for locals and tourists alike when access to doctors is very limited. Despite this, the quality of service never declines. Staff are always polite and apologetic for any wait times. However, it’s understandable as they are always going above and beyond for every customer. Always happy to have Choice Pharmacy Vincentia as my go-to pharmacy.
