Great customer service from Jimy Tools at Dudley Park in Adelaide. I needed to replace one HEX bit from my trusty 40-piece Jimy Tools set after I over-torqued it. I thought I has no chance, but Alex and the boys broke open a brand new set to supply me the replacement spare part. The service was quick and friendly. My set in complete again and should give me another 10 years of excellent service. Cost was very reasonable, saving me the cost of a new set. Thanks to the staff at Jimy Tools Adelaide - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a tool trolley and am duly disappointed yet alone getting no service or being contacted back for months, and now it's too late, stuck with a poorly made trolleyPurchased a tool trolley and waited months just for it to arrive damaged and poor quality. Had dents on the inside of the top box, paint runs on the inside of lid in an obvious spot, there are rivets that are just sitting in the spots that havent been riveted and the lid doesn't even sit straight as you lift it open or close scrapes the side while and lifts up side ways and it won't even lock with a key so it's kinda pointless for work use. The bolt holes while assembling didn't even align.Do not recommend

10 out of 10 for service plus the staff are very friendly i would highly recommend anyone to go for these guys over other big name brands built strong also great value for money!
