Bring two cars here now, they do an excellent job, happy to do the work properly inc warranty jobs and don’t try squeeze every dollar out of you like some other dealers. Andrew is always excellent and approachable to deal with as well. Thanks guys.

Had the best experience here with Dale who explained what was happenning in easy to understand language. He was so friendly and helpful. Plus they squeezed me in when I had the issue. I could not speak more highly of my experience at Doncaster VW. I will definitely be back.

My new car that I bought from Doncaster Volkswagen has had numerous serious and dangerous faults, and the VW Doncaster dealership has been extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. To be frank, I am utterly disgusted with this dealership's conduct.Having written several well documented emails outlining my car's serious problems to both the service manager and the dealer principal Gareth, and despite multiple follow ups emails, I never received a single reply from either of them for more than a year!! How can a business completely ignore such a long and serious list of faults in a new car that they sold? It shows the complete disregard this dealership has towards their customers.I'm a patient person but after more than a year of having my Tiguan's faults completely ignored by this dealership, I left a fair and accurate review. Instead of reaching out and trying to fix their failings like other businesses, this dealership chose to try to discredit my review claiming they were pleased to report" that they and the VW Technician did not find any fault with my Tiguan inline with my complaints. This is a total LIE!! (They discovered that the driver's Door Sensor was faulty which at times prevented my car from moving forward.) The audacity and conduct of this dealership is appalling.At one point I lodged a complaint with VW Australia and twice VW asked this dealership to contact me and apologise

Probably the worst I have dealt with. Gave me the wrong service book and lost mine in one of the services. Took them literally 3 years and multiple phone calls to have it replaced. Lock nut key went missing after having it service there June this year and so was not able to replace a flat tyre as a result. Called them, asked me pay $255 to get a new set of lock nuts while the original key only went missing after my service at this dealership. So basically they charge you $1700 for a service, they lost your key while they are servicing your car, and then ask you to spend another $255 there to replace it. Brilliant self sustained business model right there.Oh yeah, after I insisted on the phone they need to find my lock nut key and that there is no way I am paying another $255 for the key they have lost, they magically found the exact key in their workshop. I wish I didn't have to go through all the stress and multiple calls for them to just bother to take a look at their workshop. Absolutely questionable business.

They would not divulge the scan report that demonstrated what I complained about. 8 months later it failed again. It had been in servicing for 7 months! They used all my petrol( full tank) and it was dirty when I got it back, unable to drive back to work. 2 months later back in the mechanics where I pay for a car that is faulty, 7 months of no car, untimely responses, unsatisfactory responses. YOU ALSO NOTE, that bad reviews DO NOT GET A REPLY. Do not buy from Doncaster!

I had a technical issue with my VW which could have easily become a whole saga (complete with a spare parts order, shipping delays, labour ect).However, much to my surprise and delight Dayle managed to fix my issue on the spot.This is not my first encounter with Dayle who has consistently delivered exemplary customer service of the highest calibre, thus far over a 1-2 year period.I am incredibly grateful to Dayle and will definitely be returning to do my annual service work.
