Kraken Sourdough
Absolutely delicious bread and pastry shop. Bread, donuts, croissants, hazelnut ganache, they've got it all. There's good seating options for small and large groups both indoor and outdoor under cover. Lower sugar option drinks and good coffee. Best of all the owners are super nice.

Awesome bakery in the area. Beautiful pastries and great range of yummy snacks from toasties to lemonciello snail, mustard and honey croissant, brie and onion tart, almond croissant, Cronuts, fresh bread loafs, etc. And delicious coffees. Neighbourhood gem, always busy.

What a wonderful bakery! We went for coffee and were so pleasantly surprised with their vegan pastries. Quite a few on offer and all so tasty! The coffee was also delicious. I brought home some pastries for my family which weren’t vegan and they all loved them.

Kraken Sourdough was at the Huskisson Markets today. Everything looked absolutely gorgeous! I stood there for a good ten minutes and decided on an almond croissant with a fruit filling and a Chocolate croissant. They were a good decent size. OMG They tasted phenomenal! I had to ask Huskisson Markets who they were because I didn’t get their name. Fortunately they have a cafe in Huskisson which will definitely become our regular stop. Thank you for sharing your beautiful gift.

OMG what an amazing bakery. Everything is sourdough from the donuts to the bagels and of course the bread. The bagels were the best I have had in a very long time. The sourdough loaf was amazing and the passionfruit donut was melt in the mouth. Also, to boot, the coffee was great. Wish I lived in the area because I would be there every day.

Friend recommended this place - great find. Had great breakfast (poached eggs on sourdough), really good coffee and even bought a takeaway treat! Nice outside area.

Great selection of sourdough. The additional sweet and savoury selections are beautifully crafted. Many different and unique options you wouldn't have thought to put together but surprisingly taste great. Worth the hike from the Bay or the highway. But get in early they sell out fast!!

Wish I was staying longer as their rosemary Parmesan bread looked Devine!I enjoyed a delicious pie with glorious flakey crust, some sweet potato soup and a slice of sourdough bread. Very delicious would visit again if ever in the area.Plenty of seating, inside and out. And a friendly staff.
