Friendly and professional staff. The optometrist was well skilled in diagnosing my eye condition. From a lay person's point of view, diagnostic technology seemed up-to-date.I also appreciate the ease of parking at Eastlands - and it's free.

Upon entering Specsavers I was greeted by Mollie. With a friendly greeting she took care of my needs quickly and professionally. I very much appreciate her help with adjustments needed for my glasses. The optometrist is incompetent, and receptionist lacks communication skills and was unfortunately quite rude.It was that bad, to save anyone else experiencing what I did, I've shared it here.For your own sake, do not go in.Edit: no thank you owner. I see that historically this isn't the first time, of which I'm sure you're aware. I do not want to do an eye test and I don't want interact anymore

Brilliant service provider. Front of house staff were so very helpful and informative - and the optometrist Matt Bennett was both professional and down to earth. They all made the experience of eye testing/frame selection a positive one!

I have always had my eye tests and bought specs from Specsavers and usually I have received good service. I phoned to book hearing and eye appointments for a review of my current glasses and to discuss hearing solutions as following a previous hearing test I knew there was an issue with hearing loss. The person I spoke to said a basic hearing test would be performed as part of the health check - I reiterated that I had already had a test and specifically only wanted one trip to see both optometrist and audiologist - and supposedly an appointment was confirmed. No surprise then that the appointment was only with the optometrist and NOT the audiologist. No respect for what the customer has said or for wasting their time.

I’ve been having my eyes tested and being prescribed glasses for three years now. I’ve always received professional friendly service and the optometrist Mr Wu was excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll continue to come back.

Amazing service !!! I was very happy with the wonderful service I received today. Olivia was amazing, helping me pick out my framesand gave me a Fantastic price.The optometrist was also a lovely young man who made me feelat ease during my eye testing.I think this is my third appointment at Specsavers Rosny and I would not go anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend this store.I will post photos of my new glasses when I go and collect them.I spoke to my sister who went to another company and paid the same price for 1 pair of glasses, that I received 2 pairs of glassesand updated the lenses for my reading glasses for the same price.
