Today will be the last time that I attend this Medical Centre because I found the level of GP professionalism and care appalling.Over the course of the past 5 years Morrison Road Medical Centre has been my sole GP provider, I have seen 3 GP's.I had booked a long appointment to try to get a plan for how to deal with chronic pain and health issues that have led to me being unable to work.I wasn't given clear diagnosis and treatment options and the ability to choose or discuss the most appropriate option for my circumstance. My doctor insisted on trying to push me down a path of private care I can not afford. My doctor strongly advised me at least five times to avoid the public pathway for care and stated that the wait list could be up to 5 years and that he would be limited by the tests he could order because he gets phone calls where he has to answer to the government. When I asked him if it was because he was not willing to advocate for me he answered yes"

My husband and I have been attending this Practice for many many years since it was in Stratton.Great and friendly Doctors, wonderful Staff and Nurse.Dr Shah is very professional, caring, kind and down to earth.I feel better and at ease when I talk to her.

Would recommend this practice %100. The receptionist Jill is such an amazing friendly &helpful lady ,nothing is too much trouble .Dr Tabish has been very caring to us as well. There is never a problem getting appointments and we are very happy to have found this practice close to where we now live.

I recently moved to this practice and very disappointed. Was very unwell and a blood test taken by Dr, results were-nothing wrong. I returned the next day for the results. 2 days later was more unwell and suggested it being related to my bladder, still no urine test and told results were nothing was wrong". Ended up in Emergency at St John of God Midland with blocked tube to kidney and taken by ambulance to RPH. Operation that day to insert JJ stent and waiting on urgent operation. Went back for report and was told a biopsy and operation pending.Pain increased and return to 3rd doctor and told no record of my issues and no effort made to track down my results.Returned on SJOG Midland on my birthday (2 days after my GP appt)

I won't be coming back only booked in because nowhere else was available. NO WONDER!Dr Abdullah or something.... didn't care just another GP pen pusher writing scripts.... no compassion or care didn't check anything. Simply wrote a script?? As long as he got paid for the appointment right!
