Amanda was absolutely fabulous. I had a complex tax return and she was very knowledgeable and explained all the intricacies of it to me (as i had no idea). She answered all my questions regarding HECS, future tax as a contractor/ sole trader. Bronte was so lovely and helpful too with booking appointments, making payments etc.Cannot recommend them enough!

Brilliant service, highly recommend!!I booked my appointment at ITP Belconnen at short notice & they were able to squeeze me in with no issues! My last tax experience before this was awful, so much so I put off doing my tax for multiple years. I was incredibly impressed by the speed & ease at which Amanda at ITP was able to do my tax returns. The experience was so seamless I’m almost looking forward to doing my next tax return! The agent spent time to answer my many questions, which I appreciate it (it is her job anyway, isn't it?). However, I am yet not convinced how my tax return is half of the last year, while my circumstances are more or less the the same and my work related expenses are even higher ? Also, she did not show me or handed me over any print-out and final doc, just presented me the last page and wanted me to sign it! I think it is very unprofessional, and in any service if it happens, it gives the impression that something is being hidden from client, and the message that hurry up

My data was part of a massive data breach at ITP that was underreported in the media.Now the ATO have flagged my account and I need to verify myself every time I submit a tax return with different details.Avoid like AIDS.

I have been with ITP for many years, in Batemans Bay, and now by phone to Canberra. I have always found them friendly and efficient. As I have aged having confidence in their service has become even more important. My online skills are not so sharp now but encouragement from them has given me reason to 'have a go' and succeed in getting needed documents to them. They take the tension out of the dreaded tax return!
