Training was really good! Very nice trainer everything that we were taught was very helpful. The trainer Michael made the Workzone traffic management course enjoyable.

I completed a WZTM course this week at ATC.The instructor Ray C was very good.He was very knowledgeable & communicated well with the entire group. He used a good mix of humour and seriousness, and often drew on his personal experiences to emphasise the point he was making.Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service. Three delegates from overseas were late finding the training venue and were refused entry onto the course. No follow-up from the training provider or re-booking offered.

Did a confined space course here years ago, and had a English man teaching. He was a chain smoker and talked alot about his hobbies and interests more so than the topic at hand. Not sure of his name but he was very unprofessional and ignorant, he made the experience pretty unpleasant. Apologies for the bad review.

Not recommended for any people who is not Australia Caucasian. Definitely get different treat from others for the test part. Any poor listening and speaking sentence will cause you to fail and repeat the course. the resit cost almost the same as original price. Tiny small mistake could be the excuse for they fail practice test.
