ALISON the owner is every bit as awful to customers as the lower reviews suggest, monty python skit is so accurate. Very rarely compelled to write a negative review. Refused to explain things or help, raised her voice, hung up the phone on me. If spent 30 seconds providing accurate advice on how to release a package would never have been an issue. Must enjoy antagonising people.

Our parcels have recently started going here and it drives me crazy. No where to park, did a lap of the block twice and the closest spot was portrush road! And open 9-5 mon-fri which is impossible if working! Not even from 8 or to 6 on one day or Saturday mornings. I get so frustrated every time I have to go here!

Seems the lady with some grey hair who works in this LPO doesn't know how to recognize the name of people. Showing her the parcel collection card with my name and she asked my full name and family name, and showing her my Driver's license with my name and she asked my full name and family name again?! Even with the porker face and no welcome at all from I stepped in! Very rude attitude and behavior like I want to stole my parcel! Stay home if you don't like to communicate with people !

Terrible customer service. The lady is not helpful at all and is not giving my parcel which she is already put it in front of me. She said due to security reason she cannot give it to me but I showed her evidence that the parcel is mine! Asking me to ask another person in the address to come collect it, but everyone works 9-5 everyday, how are we able to collect the parcel after work?

I have never had such terrible service in my life.The owner is rude and unhelpful and impractical. Refused to give me my parcel even with ID just because the address was old. Consistent with many other reviews. Surely Australia post should step in. Avoid at all costs.

Overly officious but also incredibly inefficient as well !I suspect the owner really enjoys making life as difficult as possible for her customers (she certainly smiled broadly when I pointed out the collection card was incorrect and so I didn't happen to have my birth certificate or passport on me to collect two small bicycle parts for my son - who had been refused service earlier).The positive is that it is quite like walking into a Monty Python skit.If like me this is your local PO then welcome to hell but if you have a choice to go elsewhere run as fast as you can lol

Worst customer service ever! The lady (OWNER) is rude and unhelpful. I have come into the post office SEVERAL times (and she knows who I am) , and she still turns me away if I don’t have hard copy ID!! You can buy a bloody property with online ID and I can’t pick up a $12.95 post office package?! Honestly what a loser if you sit in a little post office all day being rude to customers. Please avoid this place at any cost. Shame on you
