Very disappointed in this branch. I waited for almost 1 week for an answer regarding a walker repair. They said they would call back same day, but never did. How can this company work with Disabled/Aged people when they don't even return calls and Disabled people are waiting with broken items.

They are good at selling things. But if anything breaks don’t ask for help.I’ve been waiting a long time to get my electric bed fixed.No such luck I’ve got no answer to my requests on the phone they don’t even answer I leave messages they don’t even phone back.

BUYERS BEWARE,MY PURCHASE NEVER ARRIVED,CONTACTED THEM 10 TIMES AT BAYSWATER.AMY & STEVE ARE LIARS.THEY TOLD ME ALL THE LIES IN THE WORLD BLAMING OTHER STORES MAROOCHYDORE & CAUFIELD.I MAY HAVE LOST $100 BUT WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

I asked at your Bayswater store May '21 about availability of pin-on badge that reads I am totally deaf on this side"; which you didn't have. I still haven't found one. Frustrated. No friends. Only family when they could with lockdowns. She passed away November."
