Kev's Pool Shop

Highly recommend these guys. Prompt and friendly service and reasonably priced. They are always happy to help with any pool troubleshooting. Edgeworth shop conveniently has coffee shop with delightful staff and delicious coffee.

Finally dropped in for the first time since living in the area. Shouldn't have waited so long.Really friendly and great service.

Bring back Kev, used to be a good shop when he was in charge. Now its impossible to contact new owner and does not seem the least bit interested in customer service. Service guys allegedly visiting property without letting me the owner(who was home) know they were here.

I have never had better service at any pool shop than I get at Kev's. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are only too happy to help with any problem, big or small. Love that they are now at Edgeworth too (can get coffee while I'm there!). I would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work guys!

after 5 phone calls and waiting 3 months for a valve i asked them should i go somewhere else and they said yes go somewhere else instead of trying to rebuild my confidence in the business they have just thrown 4 years of my business down the drain! the only positive is they were always polite letting me down but the new owners need to learn that this is not the way to run a business.

The staff always have friendly service, willing to answer your questions and have the knowledge and expertise to give you the right advice!Last summer, I mentioned in passing an issue I was having that I thought was normal but turns out wasn't. The chlorinator was getting build up really fast and it was extremely hard to remove. The staff knew exactly what the problem was, had the treatment on hand and advised me how to use it!This season, after having done next to nothing to the pool over autumn and winter, I finally got round to cleaning the pool up to use again.What I was expecting to take several hours to do took just over 1 hour. A full season later, what would have been a month or so of build up of hard calcification of the chlorinator was now about the same amount over 6 months and soft and easy to clean off!Great pool shop, would definitely recommend!
