Great service! I went everywhere (hours spent) looking for men's bags but when I got to David Jones they had all of the brands in one, beautifully maintained area with a service staff available to show and answer questions.They had more brands than any other store and quite a lot nicer versions also.The gentleman behind the counter even agreed to wear the bag so I could judge the size for my partner.Great service, great product, very happy!

A shout out to Kendal (assistant store manager) at DJ’s Karrinyup for her prompt attention and resolution to a problem we encountered due to an oversized suitcase we’d purchased earlier in the year! We discovered after we purchased the item that it was too large for European train travel! She understood our dilemma and arranged for staff member Gabby in the travel goods department to process the exchange and repurchase of a smaller suitcase….

Good lord…. Easily confused this shop with what I perceive that a morgue would be like. Absolutely empty and staff seemed as disinterested and lethargic as would be expected with such little human interaction.

Outstanding service today! Went with my visually impaired mum to buy her various items. Big shout out to Tanya in the lingerie dept and her two colleagues who did a great job understanding our challenges and ran all over the store to bring us items from other departments so we didn't have to move! I was dreading going but they made it (almost :) a pleasure! We got everything we needed and then some! Also big thanks to the blonde lady in bedding who helped us with blankets and was very patient. This was like old school" service

Love this large David Jones store, wonderful staff in every department, so friendly and helpful. Love the lady at Chanel and Dior she is delightful, above and beyond helpful.

Went to the menswear section looking for a new sports jacket, which I couldn't find. I asked for assistance and granted it was a quiet time I had two young women and a young man helping me out. Usually as someone in their 70s I've become used to being invisible to younger people but I walked out of there just as happy with my new jacket as I was with attention I received. There was a touch of nostalgia for me as I worked here 40 years ago when it was Boans.

Walking through David Jones right now is like navigating the ghetto. It's uncomfortable, dark and the escalators are always broken. All the styling is weirdly laid out, everything is mismatched. The signs are look like they were printed at home. Prices are high and the quality is low. DO NOT RESUSCITATE.

Such a sad store to go into these days. Carpets are worn down in large areas through to the flooring underneath, cables are duct taped to the ground to prevent trip hazards. Change rooms are extremely worn and unclean, and the pay points are confusing. Taking an online item back the other day, I was sent to five different areas before finding someone who could help. Terrible shame as the shopping centre is an outstanding facility, unfortunately David Jones just didn’t keep up.

Attended the fragrance section on the 26/3/2023 - was served by Jocelyn and Trish. They were excellent, customer focussed and respectful. Will be going back there again.
