A big thank you to the team at E-DENTISTRY - I have been taking my elderly mother who has dementia to the clinic for dental assistance and the entire team (from reception to the medical professionals) have been so accomodating and warm and welcoming to her. For the first time in her long life she is not scared of going to the dentist and it is so wonderful to have someone bilingual who can speak to her in her mother tongue. Well done team -we are very grateful for you all and cannot recommend your clinic highly enough!

I had been putting off my dental checkup for quite a few years due to negative experiences in the past. My first visit went better than expected, which left me feeling relaxed and positive. Dr Jacqui was very reassuring, professional and understanding, she explained every step of the process, took her time and worked out a treatment plan that suited my timeline and budget. I highly recommend Dr Jacqui & no longer have a fear of dentists.

I cannot explain enough how amazing this dental practice is. 5 stars isn't enough. I came to edentistry with an extreme phobia of the dentist and with my teeth in an extremely bad way. Daniel is the kindest most professional man I have ever met. He worked through my fears with me and went the extra mile with every visit.I'd also like to add the receptionists are all fantastic people. Very warm and caring. Professionalism is top shelf.

Can I just say this was the best dentist experience I have ever had. I have had a phobia of dentists most of my life. I have been putting off going due to this fear. From the initial phone call to first visit. Dr Kim and the admin staff were amazing. So kind, non judgemental and very gentle. I normally see Dr Alex at edentistry and his always been wonderful, patient, gentle and talked me through the process however my last visit I booked with Dr Jacqui, I was nervous but new I would be in great hands with the clinic and I was not mistaken Dr Jacqui was wonderful I explained my nerves and the reassurance I preferred during the procedures and she delivered. Dr Jacqui was amazing making sure I was comfortable, I felt so relaxed in her hands. And for someone who needs a lot more work done I know I am in safe hands having anyone from the clinic work with me. Look forward to seeing Dr Jacqui again later this week.

I broke a tooth on a public holiday, and used the clinic messenger chat service to ask for an appt as soon as possible, and was thrilled to get a very quick reply . So grateful when they offered me an emergency appt for the next day , and Dr Daniel Fan then spent a lot of time skillfully repairing my tooth . I know this took much longer than the appt time that had been allocated, but no one rushed or complained about running late. I am very happy with the end result! Thank you for such great service .
