Loadednet

Since Loadednet was purchased by Optus they have provided the worst service imaginable. Internet speeds are often worse than dialup, connection constantly drops out, and the overseas call centre is beyond unhelpful.

Moved address within Woonona and after 5 days of calling and talking to overseas support with no one ever calling back I have closed account with them. I personally called into their Woonona office to speak with some one local but they could not help with a simple address change. I did have 3 years of good local service but no longer the case.

Thank you to Ian and the team from Loadednet for coming to the rescue. I had trouble with Telstra for 2 months trying to get landline and NBN to my business, thanks to Ian and the team it was done in one day!!!I highly recommend Loadednet. What an amazing team!Thanks again.

Garbage do not reccomend them at all experience consistant drop outs for hours at a time since day 1 and slow paced internet that i could pay for less $ on adsl and with continueous complaint have not rectified nor compensated for the issue but happy to still charge full price

I was originally with nuskope, once loaded net absorbed them I stuck with. I was with them for many years. Then some company absorbed loadednet. Speeds began to drop. I finally got fed up enough to leave.On the change over I took my time a bit cancelling. My fault and i was prepared to pay. I emailed loadednet to ask. Can i confirm I have cancelled, whats the out standing ballance.The reply i got implied the account was completely closed and didnt mention any money owing.Almost 2 months later I had a payment notice notifying the debt collectors were coming - and that the final invoice was attached to the letter. There was no invoice attached (nor had i received anything by email prior) and they wanted to charge me a late fee (for a bill i never received and had asked for)Loadednet can be a fine company, but they have certainly gone down hill... Beware!

We have been using Loadednet for the past 3 years. The service is amazing and our internet always works! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Changed from one of the big guys and haven't looked back. Service and NBN are great!

The absolute worst company in Australia!!!!Had the internet down from the 23rd dec now 27 th own a business with 20 people working for us they’ve done absolute zero to help.... they’re a joke!!!

As far as Im concerned Loadednet has gone to the pack, service is terrible, had continued problems with my email server, its now combined with Buroserve, its not an Australian owened and operated as they used to be, ever since they have merged with Buroserve it gone down hill big time. Im tired of sitting on the phone for hours sorting out the issues. I have spent hrs of my time sorting their problems.Who's is going to pay me for the time I have lost when I should be working?... Very very dissapointed...
