I was visiting Adelaide and I bought a beautiful watch, unfortunately the seal was faulty and it had to be sent back to the manufacturer. Watches I believe are the only items in this shop that are not made by the shop.I was due to go back to Europe and the people in the shop went above and beyond to get the issue resolved for me. I recommend the shop based on my excellent experience and I will definitely be returning next time I am visiting. Big thank you from Ireland.

Very friendly staff! They taught us (my wife and I) about the different types of opals and did not apply pressure to us to buy anything. We did buy a nice white opal ring and are very happy with it. Would definitely recommend Unique Opal Mine to anyone.

Best Opal shop and customer service.I love the variety of jewellery. Price is reasonable. And the shop owner is so honest and help you to find what you want. And he repaired my pendant( that I bought from somewhere else) couple of times free of charge.I am so happy with my earnings that I purchased and their customer service.

This shop is truly amazing with a large stock of quality opals coupled with excellent friendly staff. On our first visit we had an opal ring to resize, Steve was extremely helpful and managed to resize the ring and have it ready for a forth coming wedding we were attending. On our third visit to the shop we were accompanied by our mother who on this occasion was helped by the wonderful Elijah. Excellent service again and on this occasion she bought a beautiful black opal pendant on a pearl necklace and was charmed by Elijah’s knowledge and patience. We will return.. thank you.

Couldn’t recommend opal mine enough! I went in with a custom ring idea in mind and bought in my own piece of sea glass. They made it absolutely perfect and it looks amazing. Perfect present for an anniversary, my boyfriend absolutely loves it. Thank you so much to Elijah at Opal mine for making this, was made so quickly and at a very good price.

This shop has truly one of a kind service - I was lucky to find this shop while traveling in Australia and had my engagement ring made by Tim and Steve in January 2017. They helped me choose an opal which was such a fun process, and the ring was ready to pick up a few days later! The opal is absolutely stunning and the setting is perfect. This shop is always so friendly and welcoming, and has really high quality standards.I just recently had my fiance's wedding band made by them even though I was still in the States. It came out exactly as I imagined and the turn around was really quick again. It is the perfect compliment to my engagement ring. Thank you so much Tim and Steve! We came to visit family in Adelaide from Monterey Bay, California. I had an old opal ring ring that needed repair and we were directed to the Opal Mine. Not only did they did an excellent job with my ring but the quality of service was super outstanding. And my husband also bought me a beautiful opal pendant for our thirtieth wedding anniversary!
