Whilst normally reserved in providing recommendations for companies, I have no hesitation in doing so for Chandolin Builders. Needing a widened rear entrance doorway for a wheelchair to be able to access safely, Chandolin did such an excellent job I am more than impressed. Regular communication resulted in a perfect access way being built exceeding current Accessible building standards. Far better finished product than previous door put in by another company. The team in attendance were exceptionally polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves on each occasion they attended my home. Well Done! Thanks Peco.

Every person on the Chandolin team and their subbies have been so lovely and we have been so impressed by their standard of work and their attitudes and friendliness.Customer service at its finest! This is a huge deal because we haven’t experienced this for years and years. We’re so thankful we chose Chandolin for our renovation.

We have had the best experience with Chandolin Construstion from the moment Peco came to quote our bathroom renovations. We were very impressed by his approach and we both felt that he was a genuine good guy. Courtney was sensational with supporting us and stepping us through all of the design choices and options. She was there for us every step of the way and nothing was ever a problem. Her beautiful nature and loving spirit was divine to work with. Amazing team, great communication right from initial quote through to completion. Very efficient. Final work on ensuite was 10 out of 10 results! All tradespeople that attended site were polite, professional and skilled. Costs were fair, reasonable and realistic.

After purchasing a dated house, we contacted Chandolin Construction to see what could be done to modernise it. Peco and his team did a great job with the building and arranging plumbing, electrical, concreting, replacing bathroom and kitchen. Great tiled fireplace as well. Then we decided to cover in the outdoor area! Chandolin team to the rescue! We highly recommend Peco, Sarah, Courtney and the team.
