Brilliant location and set up within house.Great for 2 families sharing as there are plenty of sleeping choices.The house was very well equipped for a comfortable stay with a stocked pantry, plenty of full soap dispensers and for the first time ever, anywhere, we didn’t run out of the provided paper.Have passed some suggestions for improvement to managing agents.Loved the handmade quilts, Cross stitched art work and tasteful furnishings.Thanks for opening your much loved holiday house.

Thanks for hosting our family catch-up. Plenty of room for all of us with the added bonus of the 'Getaway Room' downstairs. Love the open kitchen bar design that looks out over the ocean. I was cooking breakfast while watching a whale & calf play out front in the shallows of Deadmans beach, just spectacular. Everything we needed was in walking distance which meant we could park up & throw away the keys. Will be back....

Awesome place to stay and unwind! Beautiful accommodation with amazing, uninterrupted views of the ocean. Have a wine on the large deck or walk down to the lovely beach. Take a stroll up to Point Lookout (stunning!). Convenience store and fish n chips in close walking distance. Love it!

We are regulars at Katandra and we always do some helpful maintenance and extra spring cleaning as a thank you to the owners for renting it to us each year. We hope that we can have it again this year too.

Katandra Beach House
Best place to stay on Straddie. Our family loved our time here - great ocean views, beach access, short stroll to the store and fish n chips. Fabulous layout for families and very functional kitchen. Awesome spacious deck to enjoy sunset with a drink and relax. Definitely coming back.
